Strategic Small Business Consulting & Tailored Strategies for Your Growth
Harrison Advisory & Associates is a Greater Cleveland consulting firm built on a simple idea: small businesses deserve the same clarity, structure, and strategic thinking that larger companies take for granted. Whether you're tightening up operations, getting your books in order, or building the website your business has outgrown, we help turn day-to-day chaos into systems that actually work.
We partner with founders and owners across Northeast Ohio who are great at what they do but stretched thin everywhere else. Our job is to take the operational and back-office weight off your plate so you can focus on growth.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Dominic Harrison. I started Harrison Advisory because I kept seeing the same thing: capable business owners losing time and money not because their idea was wrong, but because the systems behind it were never set up right.
My background sits at the intersection of operations, accounting, and data. I currently manage business operations for an automotive brokerage in Beachwood, where I handle financial reporting, process, and the day-to-day decisions that keep a company running. I'm also studying Accounting and Finance at John Carroll University's Boler School of Business. Before that, I spent nearly four years at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, where I worked my way up to leading and training a team.
What ties it together is how I work: I look at the numbers, understand the situation, and build practical strategies that produce results. No jargon, no overcomplicated frameworks — just clear thinking applied to your business.
